Originally from Macon County, Leonard has been a resident of Illiopolis for the past 48 years, and is now bringing his extensive expertise to CLP Insurance Solutions. In his new role, Williams will specialize in providing comprehensive insurance coverage for both commercial and farm clients, while also assisting personal clients with their home, auto, and life insurance needs.
